After delivery, please make sure to check your order. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us right away by using the report an order issue option found in your account when you’re logged in to our website. Alternatively, you can email contact@dftexpress.co.uk or the person you placed the purchase with.
Please do not distribute any portion of the order, as we may need to collect it in order to inspect the goods and address any issues.
Our customer service team will contact you right away to provide one of the following next actions as soon as the order has been picked up, quality-checked, and we have determined that either the product or the branding is flawed.
a) A duplicate of the order’s problematic section
b) To offer a complete refund in the amount of the defective item in your order.
